He has over 20 years of experience in the AdTech and MarTech world and a knack for helping startups achieve explosive growth. He’s assisted three companies in scaling from zero to over $100 million in ARR. Bryon studied technology and communications at New York’s Institute of Technology.

Marilyn Mead
As Chief Marketing Officer, Marilyn oversees brand, product marketing, demand generation, and retention strategies. Since Winmo’s market launch in 2015, Marilyn’s intuitive understanding of customer use cases has shaped a marketing strategy that speaks to the needs of Winmo’s core audiences. She’s teamed up with customers to present at events, including AdWeek, Advertising Week New York, and the National Sports Forum. She thrives on collaborating with her team of marketing pros and meeting with customers any chance she gets.

Lisa Colantuono
Often referred to as a “cupid in a suit,” Lisa has created successful relationships between brands and agencies for over two decades. Having consulted on and managed agency reviews including Ancestry, Aruba Tourism, American Airlines, Brown-Forman, ClearChoice Dental Centers, Lee Jeans, Subaru, Ben and Jerry’s, Nikon, and Panera Bread (to name a few) – Lisa tackles and solves the most vexing agency search challenges and has enabled hundreds of marketers to meet and/or exceed their business goals by forging successful client-agency partnerships.

With more than 16 years of experience in business development, Matt works daily to help Catapult’s partners expand their businesses through proactive outbound sales efforts. Many agencies turn to Matt and his team when they are tired of waiting on word of mouth or referrals and need to drive revenue immediately. Utilizing marketing automation, CRM, predictive data, and bespoke content, Matt and his team look to provide a truly holistic approach to new business development.

Rob handles all things Winmo. He takes a hands-on approach to product vision and development while leading the product team. With over 7 years of experience in product development, he directs cross-collaborative teams across data, technical, and content areas to consistently create and deliver value-driven solutions for Winmo users. This focus on bringing value-generating, forward-looking solutions to the industry has been instrumental in Winmo’s growth.
